Veteran Ghanaian producer, Edward Nana Poku Osei, popularly known as Hammer, is happy about the progress of the music industry.

He stated in a post sighted by Zionfelix.net that the Ghanaian music industry has progressed despite the many hurdles.

Citing an example of new artistes with an international presence, Black Sherif, Camidoh, KiDi and Gyakie were some of the artistes highlighted by the legendary music producer in his post.

He added that the baton has been successfully transferred to them.

Hammer also called for support for the new talents.

He wrote: “I see the baton has transferred successfully and this new breed all have an international presence. I can proudly say our industry has made progress despite our many hurdles.
