Kumawood actor and producer Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lilwin, has recently been lashing out and throwing jabs at some of his colleagues in the Ghanaian film industry.
The Wezzy Empire CEO slammed fellow actors and producers, accusing them of hypocrisy and lack of support for his works.
His recent outburst prior his movie premiere in Sunyani came after his close friend, Sandra Ababio, was interviewed by actress Emelia Brobbey on her Okukuseku TV show.
Lilwin abgrily criticized Emelia for asking what he described as irrelevant questions and further accused her of trying everything in her power to sabotage his Captain Ibrahim Troare: The Last African Hero movie premiere.
Well, after a successful premiere of the movie, Lilwin has come out to publicly expressed regret over his harsh words.
In a video shared online, he admitted that the pressure of promoting his movie, coupled with the constant criticisms from people he felt were unsupportive, pushed him to react in ways he now regrets.
“I am begging my loved ones. You all saw how I was suffering before I premiered my movie. You had people not showing support but who were quick to say negative things about me whenever my issues came out. This is what made me react that way because there was pressure on me,” Lilwin stated.
