Award-winning radio presenter and DJ, Harey Adjoa Yeboah Asuama Kusi, popularly called Ohemaa Woyeje, has finally given exclusive details about events that led her to quit her job with the Multimedia Group in January 2020.

In a chat with Zion Felix on the popular ‘Uncut’ show recently, Ohemaa Woyeje disclosed that she had to decide to save her own life and that of her unborn child at the time over the work as a presenter on Adom TV.

According to her, the General Manager at the time was frustrating her so much even though she had not done anything to warrant such treatment from him.

The Angel FM Accra midmorning show host told Zion Felix that the attitude of her general manager towards her changed as soon as she returned from her vacation overseas.

Ohemaa mentioned that even though they were in constant touch when she was out there, the general manager shockingly told her not to go on-air the very day she reported to work — and the message was sent via WhatsApp just a few minutes to her show.

She further added that this same general manager invited her to his office and asked that she rather goes out and interview some operators of public toilets and do other field duties.

Ohemaa Woyeje added that this started in October 2019 and went on till January 2020, when she finally decided to resign and go her way because she could no longer stomach the treatment they were given her as a pregnant woman.

The multiple award-winning DJ exclusively told Zion Felix that she is currently in court because she was sued by the Multimedia Group.
