Popular Ghanaian rapper, Maradona Yeboah Adjei, popularly called Guru nearly engaged in a fistfight with renowned entertainment pundit and writer, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo during a live discussion on Peace FM on Saturday.

Their misunderstand came up after Guru expressed displeasure over certain comments Arnold passed about his failed collaboration with Kuami Eugene of Lynx Entertainment and how he needed that collaboration to make a big comeback onto the music scene.

Reacting to the comment of Arnold, Guru alleged that he (Arnold Asamoah Baidoo) has been a hater of his craft since the early days and as such, he has never made any good remarks about what he does.

The NKZ music boss then told Arnold to retract those comments he passed and made sure he never makes any more comments about him in the industry — something Arnold stated firmly he wouldn’t do which resulted in their near-fight.

From the little we pick up from the video available to zionfelix.net, Guru was heard saying

Arnold was with Sarkodie…he was once Sarkodie’s PR…from way back, he has been writing very bad stories about me…he gives me bad energy all the time…

While Arnold could be heard hitting the table in a furious manner, as he questioned: “You go beat me…It is my job as a pundit and I’ll speak about your issues.”

It took the timely intervention of the panelists and others around to keep their nerves down.
