Renowned gospel musician Diana Asamoah has issued a serious caution to parents across Ghana ahead of the highly anticipated premiere of Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin’s new film, Ibrahim Traoré, slated for August 2, 2025.

Speaking in an interview on Angel FM, the outspoken singer urged parents to prioritize the safety and whereabouts of their children, alleging that history may repeat itself if proper care is not taken.

Diana Asamoah alleged that the tragic accident that occurred before the premiere of Lilwin’s earlier movie, A Country Called Ghana, was spiritually influenced, and she claimed that a young boy was used for ritual purposes to ensure the film’s success.

“Before his last premiere, a child tragically died—and that wasn’t ordinary. It was spiritual. Lilwin sacrificed that child for success,” Diana said firmly during the broadcast.

She claimed that Lilwin is once again planning to use a child for rituals to promote the success of Ibrahim Traoré, and warned all parents to be vigilant and protective of their children as the film’s premiere date approaches.

“I’m sending a strong warning to all parents. Guard your children. Lilwin is not done. He wants to do it again,” she stated.
