Ghana’s talented Afro-pop singer Gyakie has been named among Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2025.

The announcement, made on June 5, 2025, places her among a select group of young African talents who are not just making waves, but shifting the tides across the continent.

The addition of the award-winning singer who is known in private life Jackline Acheampong does not come as a shock to many.

Over the years Gyakie has managed to carve a unique path of her own in the music industry.

From the release of her breakout single “Never Like This” to her chart-topping hit “Forever,” she has been a shinning star who has garnered fans who stretche far beyond Ghana’s borders.

She was named alongside others like Mas’ooda Varachia, Darlington Ahiale Akogo, Dr. Bradley Max Segal, and Sacha Feinberg Mngomezulu.
