Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Salma Mumin has finally broken her silence on the unending mockery and harassment surrounding her recently acquired body.

In a statement shared on her social media pages, the actress made it clear that the constant scrutiny of her body has crossed the line.

The Salma Eatery expressed deep concern about how people casually pass hurtful remarks without considering the emotional and psychological impact of their words on her.

According to her, the decision to alter her body was a personal one, made solely for her own happiness and confidence, not to satisfy public approval or meet anyone’s expectations.

She stressed that she changed her appearance because she wanted to, and because she was not comfortable with how she looked before.

Addressing the ongoing debate about her body enhancement, Salma stated that whether her BBL is obvious or fits anyone else’s preference is completely irrelevant. She emphasized that what matters the most is that it is what she wanted, and that should be enough.

The actress also did not mince words as she condemned the cruelty, mockery, and constant judgment directed at her, describing such behavior as unacceptable.

She noted that no one deserves to have their peace destroyed over personal choices that do not harm others.

Salma Mumin further appealed to the public to be more mindful of the weight their words carry, urging people to speak with greater care and humanity.
