New Music: Mad Prophet – Asore Sika (ft Kofi Kinaata & Atom)

6

Ghanaian movie producer cum actor prophet Benjamin Sarpong Kumakuma popularly known by Famous film (Mad prophet) has dropped a new single titled ‘Asore Sika’ featuring one of the country’s hard working secular artistes, Kinaata, Atom.

He taps into the lyrical dexterity of award winning artists in Ghana – Kofi Kinaata and Atom – for the new single, ‘Asore Sika’, and the chemistry and camaraderie of the two artistes on the song are telling.

The production is groovy, melodious and infectious, arguably one of the finest works of Mad prophet, outside the gospel domain.

‘Asore Sika’ basically talks about deception and ‘borrowed’ lifestyle among the pastors – bragging about what one does not possess, pocketing church money into their pockets. It teaches contentment and self-gratification with what one has.

Giving reasons for her decision to get rid of the pregnancy, the ‘Devil Between My Legs’ actress revealed that the former Kotoko player dumped her after she conceived and was not ready to father a child.

Tracey continued that money was not a problem because her family was ready to take care of the child but the lack of attention and love from her boyfriend during the pregnancy period tempted her to have an abortion had it not be Vivian Jill Lawrence.

On how her Godmother saved the child, Miss Boakye said, Vivian Jill Lawrence asked her not to contact her again if she proceeds with her plans to abort the pregnancy.

The mother of one added that the threat changed her plans to get rid of the child who was few months old in her tummy.

“It was Vivian Jill who threatened to stop talking to me if I abort the child. In fact, I was tired of crying everyday. I didn’t have a financial problem because my family was always ready to support but I never had attention and love from the man during the pregnancy period so I decided to get rid of it and move on with my life.

“The time I planned on aborting the child, I had already told Vivian so she asked me to delete her number if I implement my plans so I just had to stop what I wanted to do. That was the best decision she (Vivian Jill Lawrence) helped me to take” Tracey Boakye told Zionfelix on the show.

Shatta Wale $35,000 Donation Was Under Pressure

1
Shatta Wale

Prince Tsegah, an entertainment pundit, has said Shatta Wale’s $35,000 donation to Massachusetts was done on the merit of a person under pressure.

He disclosed this on Adom Entertainment Hall show last Saturday with Mike’2′.

According to him, Shatta made such donation due to social pressure mounted on him that Stonebwoy had some years back taken BET award while he (Shatta) had not got that opportunity.

“I feel that Shatta Wale donated because of social pressure. No one forced him to donate but social pressure forced him to do that in order to make his way out of shy. People have been hooting him with the BET, Music Award and artist of the year. So he wants to prove a point so that he can say he is recognized outside the country. For me, the donation he did is just an endorsement of statement for him for people to know that he can do unthinkable thing,  which is social pressure” he stated.

‘After Shatta receiving the key by the mayor of Worcester City, the fans on social media said Stonebwoy should bring his BET award, they will also bring their key from Worcester for them to compare the one with heaviest wait, this shows clearly that he is under social pressure, he wants people to know that he can also go international’

He said even though Shatta might probably know the rational behind the move, similar vulnerables are in Ghana who also need such donation to better their living conditions.

He has therefore urged the aclaimed Danceall King to come to Ghana being his Mother land and so same for physicall challenged people in Ghana
