Popular Ghanaian artiste, Fameye and famous content creator, ZionFelix have toured the head office of Taptap Send in London.

Fameye and Zion were impressed following their first time visiting the edifice. They were given a warm welcome.

The duo were led by officials of the company to tour the beautiful working space.

They were given details about how the company operates and security measures put in place to secure funds and customer information.

Ghanaian rapper, Medikal, has opened up about the challenges he faced following his arrest in 2021 for brandishing a firearm on social media.

Speaking during an interview on Daybreak Hitz with Andy Dosty, the award-winning artist recounted the incident and its aftermath, describing it as a harrowing experience.

“I felt inhumane, it wasn’t right,” Medikal shared while reflecting on his treatment during the ordeal.

As we all know, the rapper’s arrest made headlines at the time ansd sparked widespread discussions about gun ownership and social media use in Ghana.

In the coure of the interview, Medikal also revealed that his arrest had far-reaching consequences, particularly when it came to his ability to travel.

He explained that he had to go through a strenuous process to clear his name with various embassies due to the criminal record associated with the incident.

“My last experience with the police was not a very friendly one. I had to clear my name from embassies before I could travel,”

OB Amponsah Decries GRA Charges Ahead of 10th Anniversary Comedy Show

Ghanaian comedian OB Amponsah is gearing up to celebrate a decade in comedy with a special live show on December 21 at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

However, just days before the highly anticipated event, the comedian has expressed frustration with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) over hefty taxation on ticket sales.

Tickets for the show, priced at GH₵120 and GH₵150, have been on sale for weeks.

But on December 16, OB Amponsah took to Facebook to share his grievances about the financial strain imposed by the GRA.

“Charlie, Ghana Revenue Authority – Official is charging me a whopping 21.9% on ticket revenue for my show on Saturday at the Bukom Arena. I am not even going to make any profit out of this event,” – he lamented.

Despite these challenges, the comedian reassured fans that the show would proceed as planned.

“We will still have a celebration on Saturday regardless. Kindly show up in your numbers. If push comes to shove, we may have to refund everybody and settle with a free non-taxable show because this is just strangling,” – he added.

The Facebook post has quickly gained traction online, with fans and industry insiders sharing their thoughts on the matter.

While many have expressed outrage over the high taxation rate, others have commended OB Amponsah for his resilience and commitment to delivering the show despite the challenges.

“This is unfair to creatives who are trying to build their craft and bring joy to audiences,” one commenter wrote.

Another fan added, “OB, we are with you. Let’s fill the Bukom Arena and make this a success despite everything.”

Unknown person destroys portion of Nana Addo’s statue

Some unidentified person(s) have destroyed a portion of Nana Addo’s statue at the Effia-Nkwanta Hospital roundabout in the Western Region.

It should be remembered that last month, the President, on a tour to the Western Region, decided to unveil a statue of himself in the region, which got people talking.

After the unveiling of the statue, social media went into a frenzy. People asked what significant thing he had done that deserved to be honoured with a statue, and some even asked why he would unveil a statue of himself on an uncompleted road.

Whispers went around that some people were planning to pull down the statue prompting the state to allegedly station a policeman to protect the statue.

After the elections, the issue of bringing down the statue came up again but up to date the statue is still standing but a portion of it has been destroyed with the person behind it unknown.

Kyekyeku Wanted Me To Apologize To Tracey Boakye Before She Went Live On TikTok – Kwaku Manu Discloses

Ghanaian actor Kwaku Manu has given details about the issue involving Tracey Boakye and Kyekyeku.

A few days ago, Tracey complained about Kyekyeku avoiding her calls. According to her, this was after the young actor was paid for his role in Stubborn Ghost and the time was due for the second part of production to commence after he was cast in the first one.

Tracey stressed that she was very hurt by Kyekyeku’s behaviour because apart from paying him, she recalls gifting him $2,000 some time ago.

On the back of this, Kwaku Manu in a video sighted by Zionfelix.net disclosed that Kyekyeku wanted him to apologize to Tracey Boakye on his behalf before she went live on TikTok.

Manu said Kyekyeku was in his car after they visited him at home when someone sent him a video of Tracey’s live video. The actor stated that the former was very sad.

Before this, Kwaku Manu averred he was planning to call Tracey.

Kwaku Manu also alleged that Kyekyeku does not have the freedom to make certain decisions because of the camp he is affiliated with. Since he gained prominence through them, Manu claimed he could not take sole decisions.

Yes, I Am Dating – Medikal Confirms (Video)

Ghanaian rapper Medikal has confirmed that he is dating after his marriage with Fella Makafui hits the rock.

Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Medikal, born Samuel Adu Frimpong, opened up about moving on when asked whether he’s dating or not.

The ‘Omo Ada’ rapper stated that he is now dating—but he did not reveal whom he is dating.

Medikal said he does not want to put certain parts of his life out there anymore.

He emphasised that the fact that his previous marriage did not work does not mean he won’t give it a try again.
