Ghanaian Afro Soul musician, Sherifa Gunu, who is of royal blood has threatened to beat up any Ghanaian Disc Jockey (DJ) who fails to play her new single, “Kelewele”.
Speaking in an interview monitored by Zionfelix.net on Zylofon 102.1 FM’s Judgement Board segment, Sherifa Gunu questioned the reason why DJ’s do not take delight in playing indigenous traditional songs and jokingly made the “threat” of beating ay DJ who fails to play her song.
“I will fight every DJ and radio station who would not play this song of mine. It is a good song, and so I urge every deejay and radio station to play it frequently,” she said.
According to her, the song which was produced by IbeeOnDeBeatz is a song which has been dropped to take over the Ghanaian airwaves.

The ‘Beautiful’ hitmaker, who was recently in the news for divorcing her husband is also very popular with her strong stage performances and some other great music tunes.
