hanaian actor Kwaku Manu has gone viral after a video of him preaching passionately in church surfaced on social media.

The video, shared on TikTok by Adwoa Family, was taken during a sermon delivered by the Kumawood star at the Peace Palace Chapel in Madina, under the leadership of Bishop Thunder. The church has recently become a spiritual home for several well-known Kumawood figures, including gospel musician Ernest Opoku.

In his sermon, Kwaku Manu spoke about the importance of giving and the power of prayer, grounding his message in personal experiences. While acknowledging his reputation as a philanthropist, the actor cautioned that generosity must be rooted in spiritual strength.

“I can’t walk with unwise people, because in this life, just a simple mistake could take you over ten years to recover. If you’re trying to help someone who keeps repeating the same mistakes, let the person be. Perhaps, that’s how the family wants them,” he advised.

He added that not every problem was meant to be solved by individuals alone, stressing the need for divine guidance:

“You’re not the one to solve someone’s problems. Without God, you can’t. You shouldn’t extend help to everyone if you’re not spiritually strong. You may want to help them, but an unfamiliar spirit will rise against you. That’s why prayer is important.”

The congregation, visibly moved by his words, responded with loud applause in admiration of the actor’s heartfelt message.
