0

Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Fella Makafui has sparked a relatable conversation on social media, openly questioning the dwindling interest in romantic relationships after a prolonged period of being single.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the ex-wife of rapper Medikal posed a thought-provoking question to her followers, delving into the potential reasons behind this shift in perspective.

In her candid tweet, Makafui wondered if her current lack of enthusiasm for relationships stemmed from the duration of her single status or the approaching milestone of her 30th birthday.

“I want to ask a very honest question 🤭 Do you become that unbothered and uninterested in relationships when you’ve been single for a while?

Or is it because I’m getting closer to my 30s ?” she wrote, inviting her audience to share their own experiences and insights.

Shatta Wale Sets the Record Straight; Says He Has No Real Beef with Stonebwoy

In a surprising revelation that is sure to reshape the narrative surrounding Ghana’s dancehall scene, Shatta Wale, has emphatically stated that there is no genuine rivalry between him and fellow superstar Stonebwoy.

Shatta Wale, the self-proclaimed “Dancehall King,” dismissed the long-standing perception of animosity as mere media sensationalism, asserting that he and Stonebwoy share a friendly relationship as neighbours.

Speaking candidly, Shatta Wale disclosed the close proximity of their residences, stating that they live just five minutes apart.

This proximity starkly contrasts with the widely held belief of a deep-seated feud that has often dominated headlines and fueled fan divisions.

Furthermore, Shatta Wale extended this sentiment to his relationships with other prominent figures in the industry, including the legendary Samini.

He clarified that despite media portrayals suggesting otherwise, his interactions with these colleagues are also amicable.

“It will shock people to know that Stonebwoy, Samini, and the others are all on good terms, but the media only focuses on the negatives,” Shatta Wale asserted, highlighting what he perceives as a deliberate emphasis on conflict over camaraderie.

Addressing the role of the media in shaping public perception, Shatta Wale acknowledged the frustration this manufactured rivalry causes Stonebwoy. He recognized that the narrative of conflict, while untrue in its entirety, has become an unavoidable aspect of the entertainment industry.

“Stonebwoy is my neighbour. When I see people worried about peace among us, I know the media has planted that idea in their minds. Even Stonebwoy himself doesn’t like that. But I understand – it’s part of the game, and sometimes, we just play along,” Shatta Wale explained, suggesting a degree of performative engagement with the rivalry narrative.
