A-plus Disrespects M.anifest After Ghana Meets Naija Concert

1
A-plus

Controversial Ghanaian musician A-Plus is on the neck of rapper M.anifest this time around.

The musician believes M.anifest is not making good use of his intellect after attending some of the best schools in the world. In a Facebook post, he said he would be the CEO of one of the big companies in the country if he was the godMC rapper after his father spent thousands of dollars on his education but not to waste all his time on “wearing #Kaba rapping arish rish rish rubbish by now”.

Kwame A-Plus made it clear that he would not have been a rapper if his father was former Chief Executive of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, Tsatsu Tsikata who happens to be the dad of M.anifest.

“I’ve seen so many posts where people are asking me to write good music so that I’ll be called to perform at Ghana meets Naija….. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 this is funny. So wait ooo. You guys think that if my father is Tsatsu Tsikata and I was taken to some of the best school in the world I’ll be wearing #Kaba rapping arish rish rish rubbish by now? 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳 Like by now I’ll be some CEO or business executive who employs hundreds and do music on the flipside. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 herh are you guys serious to make it in life?

I gain when you insult me. The insults keep me moving up the #Ladder ladder ladder ladder ooooo 😃😃😃😃😃 It’s a fact. Tomorrow just Google “I won’t be rapping if my father was Tsastu – A plus” and you’ll see it pop up as news on major websites. After that look for the 48 laws of power and read law 5 and 6.

Listen!!! I do it so well. 👍👍👍👍👊👊👊👊👊😃

#Gbemi people”

Video: Watch Gifty Osei’s Magnificent Performance At SP Kofi Sarpong Live In Concert

Empress Gifty Osei ministered at the SP Kofi Sarpong Live In Concert held on May 28 at the National Theater in Accra.

The minstrel on the night appeared on stage in something which is unusual of her. Dressed like a GA woman, Gifty walked on stage to take the audience into the presence of God with worship songs. After minutes of leading the event goers before the throne to worship the Maker, she started singing her songs to electrify the room.

Other musicians who performed at the concert included Willie and Mike, Joyce Blessing, Francis Amo, Epixode, Nacee, Nana Ama McBrown, Abena Ruthy, and many others. The event was hosted by Amanda Jissih, Fiifi Forosn and Minster Obed.

Here Are The Top 3 Performers At 2017 Ghana Meets Naija Concert

1
LilWin and Akrobeto performing at 2017 Ghana meets Naija concert

The Ghana-Naija musical battle is over and we know the winner.

You would agree with me that Shatta Wale, winner on the night is not the only person who made the audience happy but other artistes from Ghana and Nigeria also made sure the crowd had value for their over Gh100 they used to buy the ticket.

Today, Zionfelix.net names our top three best performers at the 2017 Ghana Meets Naija concert which happened on May 27 at the Accra International Conference Center and had performances from Shatta Wale, Davido, M.anifest, Falz, Eno, Tiwa Savage, LilWin, Article Wan, B4bonah, Kuame Eugene, Kojo Cue, Teephlow and many others.

No. 3 LilWin

Kumawood superstar Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin who has been releasing songs in recent time is our number three best performer at the May 27 event. Lilwin’s costume, energy, engagement with the crowd, choice of music and choreography with his dancers got the crowd on their feet throughout his show. The crowd went gaga for him when his colleague actor Akrobeto joined him on stage halfway his performance.

LilWin as usual never disappointed. In fact, he officially started the game even though other musicians had been on stage before him.

No. 2 Tiwa Savage

Tiwa Savage

Sister Tiwatope’s performance at the Accra International Conference Center would never make you think for a second that she is a mother of one. Even though her entrance was the usual appear-from-the-crowd, she still kept the public to guess where she was appearing from instead of coming from the backstage like many others did on the night. The Naija representative on the night did not give the crowd her usual songs they have been hearing on radio for years. Most of the songs she delivered on the night had a twist to it and all came along with a dance move just to entertain the patrons. There was no each song which didn’t give room for instrumentals to allow her dance with her dancers. Tiwa Savage’s coordination with her dancers and DJ cum hypeman was on point. The hypeman never disappointed the artiste and same applied to the dancers.

No.1 Shatta Wale

Shatta Wale & Sista Afia at GMN 2017

All hail the king of 2017 Ghana Meets Naija concert, Shatta Wale. How can you give best performer to someone aside Shatta Wale who performed about 30 songs on the night? His entry alone made the fans go crazy even before he started singing. Please get a drink lets get into Shatta’s performance.

He performed almost all his hit songs on the night. He also brought on stage his wife, Shatta Micthy, Pope Skinny and Sista Afia who also came to show her voluptuous body and gave the crowd some acrobatics. He said goodbye to the world with ‘Taking Over’ hit song with his songs, Militants.

Under the tutelage and guidance of the highly acclaimed record producer, Kaywa, MTN Hitmaker 2016 winner, Kelvin, is ready to hobnob with the big ‘guns’ in the Ghanaian music industry, and he is ready to be counted as one of the go-to artists in the game.

With a new name – Kurl Songx, the music reality show winner is coming out under a new label, Highly Spiritual Music (HSM), which has the award-winning, highly-revered producer, Kaywa, as its Chief Executive Officer.

Under the management of respected Artist Manager, Franklin Agyekum’s Blaq Standard Management and with support from Steaman Entertainment, Kurl is out with a new single, ‘Jennifer Lomotey’ and it features the most venerated Ghanaian artist of all time – Sarkodie.

‘Jennifer Lomotey’ is produced by Kaywa, the 4-time VGMA Producer of the Year, who is responsible for a plethora of hit songs for a multitude of A-list artists including Sarkodie, Kwabena Kwabena Ofori Amponsah, Ohemaa Mercy, Becca, Castro, Buk Bak and many others.

Kaywa puts his quintessential signature on the ‘Jennifer Lomotey’, giving it a slow-tempo yet groovy and eclectic touch. Kurl exhibits his vocal dexterity on a song where he professes his love for a certain Jennifer Lomotey – channeling the emotions in a very romantic manner.

Sarkodie’s clarity, wordplay and punchlines in his feature complemented the song to near perfection, making the song a potential hit song for the year.

SP Kofi Sarpong and Epixode

Is it too early to judge SP Kofi Sarpong’s concert which happened at the National Theater on Sunday, May 28 as the best in the year 2017?

Organisers of the show really proved that Ghanaians deserves the best only when the concert has secular artistes. Organisation for the first edition of SP Kofi Sarpong Live in Concert was so good that one cannot find a simple hitch. From the start of the show, there was nothing like technial hitch.

All artistes who were on stage for the show sent a message that gospel artistes are indeed best performers when it comes to live band. Gospel ministers who joined SP Kofi Sarpong on the night included Willie and Mike, Niella, Kizkid, Abena Ruthy, Francis Amo, Gifty Osei, Joyce Blessing, Ceccy Twum, Nacee and many others.

Aside these renowned gospel musicians, actress Nana Ama McBrown and dancehall artiste Epixode joined The African borborbor man on stage to perform.
