Naija songstress Tiwa Savage had several Ghanaians lauding her for the great performance at the just ended Ghana Meets Naija concert which happened at the Accra International Conference center.
She was the best female act on the night. In fact, she even did better than most of the male guys who stormed the stage to entertain the crowd.

The dancehall artiste’s stage appearance set the pace for a great performance. After he woke up from the hospital bed, which brought him on the stage, he removed everything he was wearing leaving only his boxer short.
He then wore a different set of clothes on stage to continue his stagecraft. On stage, Shatta Wale was joined by Sista Afia, Shatta Micthy, Pope Skinny and the Militants whose major single ‘Taking Over’ is indeed taking over.

On May 27 at the Accra International Conference Center, dancehall artiste Shatta Wale brought Sista Afia on stage to perform their ‘Jeje’ collaborated song at the 7th edition of Ghana Meets Naija.
The two musicians on the night made the audience love their perform. Sista Afia has had many Ghanaians talking about her outfit she wore on the night but it looks like she cares less about the comments.
The ‘Krokro No’ singer in an instagram post hours after her performance with Shatta Wale at Ghana Meets Naija has referred to the ‘Kakai’ hitmaker as her God on earth. To Afia, Bra Charles has helped her in many ways since she decided to become an artiste.

2017 Ghana Meets Naija just passed and all we can say is kudos to all the guys at Empire, organisers of the annual event for putting up such a great show.
Before May 27 evening, organisers had announced 8pm as start of the show but as at that time, the auditorium was almost empty. One could count the number of people in the room. Organisers waited for a while thinking people would come but the story was the same as at 8: 20 pm. Organisers after realising that the show would end very late asked the first artiste, B4Bonah to kick off the game and that was a bold decision looking at the number of people who were seated at that time.
Almost everybody who was at the upper deck of the room I heard passing a comment was talking about the numbers in the room. After posting videos of the first three artistes on my instagram page, Zionfelixdotcom, people started questioning where the crowd was because the room was almost empty. People started concluding that the show had flopped but that was far from the truth. Some Ghanaians wanted the show to start late but organisers did not allow that. Before Shatta Wale, Tiwa Savage, Falz, Davido and Manifest came on stage, the auditorium was full.
Dave Hammer, a friend who came from Kumasi for the concert called to complain that he has two VIP tickets but cannot even find a place to stand left alone sit and that tells how the place was packed. If Empire had said the room was empty so they were waiting for the place to be full before starting this year’s Ghana Meets Naija concert, the event would’ve started around 10 pm. In fact, every event organiser should learn this risk Empire took.
Voluptuous Sista Afia was not an advertised act for this year’s Ghana meets Naija concert but she gave patrons value for their money when she joined dancehall act Shatta Wale to perform their ‘jeje’ collaborated song.
Afia who returned to Ghana days ago just for this show did not come on stage to play. From her costume down to her performance, she proved to the crowd that Ghana Meets Naija was her end of year party. One thing many Ghanaians cannot stop talking about Afia on the night is what she wore.
If you watched on TV or was at the venue but was not closer to the stage, then you might have missed a lot. Sista Afia is thick so imagine such a lady showcasing more than necessary. Well, our cameras got some close shots of Sista Afia on stage with Shatta Wale and one thing caught my attention, her n*pples. Please I never said that ooo, aaaa.. lol
Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin who was added to the tall list of artistes performing at this year’s Ghana Meets Naija concert at the last minute did not disappoint.
He was actually the first artise to get the crowd on their feet after several artistes had come on stage. Halfway his performance, LilWin surprised the crowd but this time not a ‘wee saga’. Kumawood superstar Akrobeto jumped on stage to join his colleague and that added a lot to Lilwin’s performance.

Artiste manager and CEO of Media Excel Production, Kwasi Ernest has recounted how difficult life was when growing up.
The man who has produced several gospel artistes including Ohemaa Mercy, SP Kofi Sarpong, Joyce Blessing, Abena Ruthy and many others in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM disclosed that he was once a houseboy at East Legon in Accra. According to him, his duty was to walk around the vicinity with the dogs of his master just for them to enjoy fresh air.
Ernest continued that he was to walk around with the two animals until they defecate and that was to be done three times each day. Kwasi Ernest narrating his ordeal stated that his two-year stay in the rich man’s house was not an easy task but he had to endure it because he had nowhere to go. On the mid-morning show, he encouraged listeners who had lost hope to believe in the Lord because no condition is permanent.
The artiste manager who said he has produced 17 gospel musicians since he started music added that he saw his father at age 25. Kwasi Ernest revealed that his father divorced his mother 6 months after his birth but God knew his future.

We at Zionfelix.net have a video of SP Kofi Sarpong busily rehearsing with dancehall artiste Epixode in Ohemaa Mercy’s Royalty Music Studio on the Spintex Road. From the video, we believe the two will be performing together at this Sunday’s SP Kofi Sarpong Live in Concert.
Epixode performing at the gospel show was is one of the many surprise packages Media Excel Production, organisers of the show decided to give patrons who will be at the event.
Tickets for the SP Kofi Sarpong Live in Concert slated for May 28 are selling at Gh50, Gh70 and Gh100 and can be purchased at Adom FM, Peace FM and the office of Media Excel Production.
Artistes billed for the event are Ohemaa Mercy, Nacee, Joyce Blessing, Gifty Osei, Cecce Twum, Abena Ruthy, Francis Amo, Niella, Kinskid, KODA and many others.
