Gorbachev Awuah, a Ghanaian digital marketing expert who is more commonly referred to as Rems, was overwhelmed with excitement when he saw that his unflagging and supportive team had planned a simple but impressive surprise birthday party to celebrate his best day.

The celebration took place on April 11, 2023, in Dzorwulu at the Perfect Touch Restaurant and was a grand affair attended by several notable personalities in Ghana.

Mr. Gorbachev Awuah could not hide his excitement when he got to the location and saw the work that had been done to plan the event to celebrate him.

In an expression of gratitude, the founder of the Visual Display Network embraced each member of his team one after the other out of an overwhelming sense of joy.

He posted on social media, expressing his delight and surprise, “So my Team decided to organize a Surprise Birthday Party for me because I refused to celebrate my Birthday.

With all the Projects we’re working on, I don’t even know when and how they organized this in just 2 Days.

The love and support from My Team and the few Celebrities and Bloggers they called was an amazing appreciation gesture for me.

Recall that just about two weeks ago, Osebo The Zaraman bragged that he will defeat KOD hands down if they are to launch a fashion challenge.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with ZionFelix, Osebo alleged that he was once the stylist of K.O.D hence he would flaw in a fashion competition.

Responding to a comment on his Facebook post that Mr. Richard Brown (Osebo) had invited him to a fashion challenge, the Creative President of Nineteen57 Clothing said a competition of that nature was impossible because he was ahead of the lot.

“Osebo says he can challenge you for the fashion challenge, accept the challenge and let’s see something,” the user posted.

KOD who shared a photo of himself dressed in a stylish outfit responded in the comments section, “But Lee is the challenge. How does he compete with anyone? I’m beyond competition”

Known for his love of fashion and often seen dressed in stylish and trendy outfits for over 20 years, the Master of Ceremony’s response to the Osebo fashion challenge is a testament to his confidence and belief in the power of individuality.

Meanwhile, Osebo recently defeated controversial religious leader Ajagurajah in a fashion beef.

Popular music producer and the Chief Executive Officer of Mavin Records, Michael Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has publicly revealed that the most disappointing act in his career was when he was caught on camera smoking cigarettes.

Don Jazzy stated this during an interview with a former Big Brother Naija contestant, Doyinsola David.

Speaking in the unfiltered interview, Don Jazzy said;

“I remember the first time people saw that I used to smoke cigarettes; not anymore though, but I used to smoke. I did not think it was anything bad.

I think it was at a concert. I was being recorded, and I was trying to adjust my eyeglass. In the process of adjusting the glasses, my cigarettes showed. My (social media) timeline went agog. It just felt like a religious figure being caught watching porn; that was how it felt.”

Aside from being a wonderful music producer, Don Jazzy is also known for helping the poor with money anytime he has the means to assist.

Artist manager, music producer and philanthropist Ayisha Modi has taken a deep swipe at Ghanaians are mourning Rudebwoy Ranking following the sad news of his shocking demise.

According to Ayisha Modi, Ghanaians give people their flowers when they’re alive and will wait until they die before they rain all manner of praises on the deceased.

As lamented by Ayisha, Rudebwoy never received the support that would catapult him to the next level in his career.

Ayisha in an Instagram post sighted by our outfit called for a change adding that the young man deserved better while he was alive.

Reggae/Dancehall artiste, Mustapha Rahman, popularly known as Rudebwoy Ranking, is reported dead.

His demise, according to reports, happened at the Ridge Hospital in Accra on Monday, April 24, 2023.

The artiste, who was unwell, was receiving treatment at the health facility, but he sadly passed on.

Some Ghanaian social media users have penned tributes for him.

Rudebwoy Ranking composed songs like ‘Jah Over Dem’, ‘No Drama’, ‘Yaro’, ‘Level Up’, ‘My Time’ and others.

Founder and leader of Heavens Gate Ministries, Prophet Nicholas Osei, known as Kumchacha has rebuked pastors who demonize secular songs in public but jam to them in private.

He is of the view that every moment has a song to relate to, a time to praise, a time to love, and a time to enjoy hence there is no wrong listening and jamming to such songs.

Speaking on UTV’s showbiz show, he lashed out at some preachers who rebuke secular music describing it as hypocrisy.

“There is no music as secular music, every song has an inspiration behind it. the preachers who say that, yet receive offerings from secular artists, why don’t they equally reject the offering? he quizzed

Gospel radio show host Franky 5 exits Hitz FM

Award-winning Ghanaian radio show host born Frank Kwabena Owusu but also known as Franky 5 has exited Hitz FM after 6 years of working with the radio station.

Until his exit, Frany 5 was the host of ‘This is gospel’.

‘This is gospel’ is a show that does not only focus on mainstream gospel content, but also non-traditional materials that may ordinarily not pass for the gospel.

According to him, the program is to tap into the gospel side of people whose Christian lives are hidden from the public.

Two years ago, his show was adjudged the winner of the Gospel Radio/Television Show of the Year at the Ghana National Gospel Music Awards, which was held at the Accra International Conference Centre.

Frank Kwabena Owusu, a former banker, musician, songwriter, and artiste manager, started the TIG Show on Hitz FM on August 7, 2016.
