Following the revelation about the current distress position legendary musician, K.K. Kabobo finds himself in, popular Ghanaian music promoter and artists manager, Sleeky has started a drive to get him him help.

His call for support follows a post from media personality Barima Kaakyire Agyeman regarding the health condition of Ghanaian highlife icon KK Kabobo.

In a post expressing his deep concern over the plight of the legendary musician, Sleeky took to his social media platformz to rally support, stating, “Sad for such bad news 😔 it painful when our great legends have to go through all this during a season they supposed to enjoy royalties.”

He revealed that this call became necesary aftet Barima Kaakyire Agyeman highlighted the urgent need for assistance for KK Kabobo, who is currently battling a severe liver problem. With the musician and his family facing significant financial strain due to extensive medical expenses, Sleeky wasted no time in mobilizing resources to aid their cause.

Sleeky sent a direct address to other revelant entertainment personalitiesin Takoradi stating, “Let’s start the contribution from here in Tadi. I don’t know who is willing to champion the agenda to support KK Kabobo.”

He further urged individuals to come forward and contribute generously to alleviate the financial burden on the ailing musician and his family.

The CEO of Sleeky Promotions pledged an initial contribution of 5000 cedis towards the fundraising efforts. He also called upon local figures such as Nana Kwesi Coomson, Corp Sayvee, Egya Nie Ampaabeng, Richard Addison, FeelingDaddy FD GH Bishop, and Nana Quasi-Wusu to join him in this noble cause.

With the goal of raising 50,000 cedis from Takoradi alone, Sleeky emphasized the importance of collective action in providing much-needed support to KK Kabobo during this challenging time.

He also added a momo number provided by the family of K.K. Kabobo to facilitate donations and urged individuals to contribute directly through mobile money, using the provided MOMO number: 0242112136 under the name Kobbena Kwakye Kabobo.
