Kumawood actor, Sumsum ahuofedua has revealed YouTube is financially rewarding more than the current movie industry.

Unlike other social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, video sharing site YouTube recently caught up with the Ghanaian terrain.

With the current down hill nature of the Ghanaian movie industry, the euphoria around cashing in on YouTube to survive seems to be the latest craze among Ghanaian celebrities particularly those in the acting industry.

Almost every actor owns a YouTube channel where they upload skits, live videos and many more.

 Sumsum ahuofedua also has a YouTube channel and he is full of praises for the platform.

In an interview with Zionfelix uncut, Sumsum admitted YouTube is indeed a saving grace because it has provided an avenue for actors to survive in this turbulent time.

He revealed YouTube pays more than movies and as such it is prudent for people to take advantage of it.
