Controversial Kumawood actor Sean Paul has renewed his criticism of Ghanaian pastors, particularly targeting Prophet Adom Kyei Duah, in a recent interview with Gh Page’s Rashad.

Despite his earlier arrest, Sean Paul declared that it only strengthened his resolve to speak out against what he calls the criminal acts of some religious leaders.

He accused pastors who sell anointing oil and other items of exploiting the public and demanded government intervention to hold such individuals accountable.

Sean Paul vowed to continue exposing perceived wrongdoings within Ghana’s religious circles.

Empress Nana Ama Mcbrown has finally reacted to Bulldog’s infamous attempted kiss on her months ago.

Recall that during Stonebwoy’s Up & Running album release party in October, there was an unexpected encounter between the actress and the artiste manager.

In a light-hearted moment that quickly became the talk of the night, Bulldog attempted to kiss McBrown upon her arrival.

Known for their close friendship, Bulldog, in a playful gesture, leaned in to lock lips with the beloved actress.

However, visibly taken aback by the sudden move, McBrown swiftly turned her cheek and offered it instead for the kiss.

The surprising and humorous exchange quickly became a focal point of the evening, as both McBrown and Bulldog laughed it off.

Well, in an interview on Fakye TV, Mcbrown clarified that she wasn’t angry about Bulldog’s actions.

She continued that, she sees Bulldog as her brother and there’s nothing wrong with his attempted peg on her cheeks.

Sonnie Badu Raises Concern About Over-Commercialization Of Gospel Songs Without Spiritual Elements

Popular Ghanaian gospel musician, Sonnie Badu, has raised a concern about the over-commercialization of gospel songs.

The ‘Baba’ hitmaker advised gospel artistes not to forget to add spiritual elements to their songs.

Admitting the importance of financial benefits regarding their work, he said the spiritual aspect should not be overlooked.

Sonnie Badu emphasized that gospel music should serve as a tool to propagate the message of faith, hope, and redemption.

 “The spirit-filled could be commercialised and its rightly so and good to do that. That’s how you benefit from your gift and craft.

“You need that balance there, don’t be totally commercialized to forget about the spirituality, you have to blend the two,” he said in an interview on Star FM.

Sonnie Badu also talked about how gospel musicians can earn from their craft following the availability of digital platforms.

“I think there is the now realisation that the spirit-filled gospel music can be commercialized. Anybody who puts their song on a digital platform is not doing it for free.

“If you are super spirit-filled you end up regretting not doing what you could have done when you had the opportunity to,” he stated.

The second edition of Sonnie Badu’s ‘Rhythms of Africa’ will be held at the Independence Square on Friday, November 29, 2024.

Pastor Love files for appeal after 4-year jail sentence

Pastor Love Hammond, the former husband of gospel singer Obaapa Christy, has officially appealed his recent four-year prison sentence.

Recall that Pastor Love was convicted in October 2024 for theft, misappropriation, and dishonesty and is now seeking bail to participate actively in his appeal proceedings.
