Ghanaian actor Dr. Likee, also known as Ras Nene, has made a startling revelation during an interview on “Okukuseku the Show,” hosted by Emelia Brobbey.
In the interview, Dr. Likee shared details of how popular Ghanaian YouTuber, Wode Maya was instrumental in helping him earn his first $20,000 from YouTube.
Keche Joshua has blasted the critics of Sarkodie following the release of the Hennessy Africa Cypher 2024.
The Ghanaian artiste was unhappy about the ill comments passed by some Ghanaian social media users over Sarkodie’s delivery.
While crowing others as the winner ahead of their own, Joshua expressed his dissatisfaction in a video sighted by Zionfelix.net.
He stated that other countries are praising Sarkodie, meanwhile, some f00lish critics in Ghana are making negative comments.
Keche Joshua said Sarkodie is the senior among all the MCs featured in the Hennessy Africa Cypher 2024.
He stressed that Sarkodie proved his worth as the best rapper in Africa.

Joshua told these critics to stop f00ling.
Rapping in both English and Twi, Sarkodie highlighted his music journey and how some record labels take advantage of artistes.

Gospel artiste, Nicholas Omane Acheampong, has called on Ghanaians to vote for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia in the 2024 elections.
He said voting for the New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer will help the continuity of the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy.
Omane Acheampong alleged that NDC’s John Mahama will scrap the Free SHS if he wins.
He mentioned how orphans and other children had difficulty in attending SHS when Mahama was in power.

However, the Gospel artiste praised President Akufo-Addo for implementing the policy which has helped many children who wouldn’t had the means to continue their SHS education.
“Under Mahama, orphaned children who completed JHS couldn’t progress to secondary school. Some received assistance from individuals, while others were left behind. With Akufo-Addo’s Free SHS, almost all orphaned children can now continue to secondary school, and many go on to Nursing Training and other tertiary institutions.
“If we don’t act and Mahama wins, he will scrap Free SHS first. Therefore, we must empathize with these orphans and vote for Bawumia to protect their access to Free SHS,” Nicholas Omane Acheampong said on Agyapa TV.

Ghanaian artiste Nero X has officially presented his campaign song for John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), ahead of the 2024 general elections in Ghana.

Ghanaian award-winning filmmaker and Creative Director, Kofi Asamoah, has been nominated and selected by the U.S. Embassy in Accra to participate in a professional exchange program managed through the US Department of State in partnership with Meridian International Center and UNESCO.

Ghanaian actor, Adjetey Anang, is cautious about the type of movie roles he accepts.
He talked about these movie roles in a recent interview.
These roles, he mentioned, are nude scenes, very graphic and intimate scenes.
According to him, his decision is not about money.

“There are characters that I may not play. Somebody would play it…Nudity, nude scenes, and very graphic, intimate scenes. That’s the thing. It’s not about the money,” he said on TV3.
He indicated that this decision was taken, knowing that most Ghanaians do not know the role of an actor and his/her real character.
“And that’s how serious people take it. They can’t draw a line between the craft and the artist,” Adjetey Anang stated.
Actress Christiana Awuni is unhappy about how Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP government have treated the movie industry.
She stated in an interview on UTV that Nana Addo and his government have failed the movie industry.
Madam Awuni was concerned about Nana Addo’s failure to honour his promises for filmmakers in the country.
His refusal to sign a bill for them was also a concern.
Christian Awuni, therefore, wants Ghanaians to vote for John Mahama in the 2024 elections.

“The movie stars we advocate for, the NDC and John Dramani Mahama, are urging votes against Akufo-Addo and his administration due to financial mismanagement. Many aspects are not functioning properly. Nana promised to build a film village but did not follow through. We presented a bill to him, which he declined to sign.
“We protested in parliament, but our pleas were ignored. The film sector is consistently left out during budget readings, and we have felt neglected for a long time,” she said.
“Should we trust someone who couldn’t ensure a safe journey as a driver, let alone as a mate [Bawumia]? We refuse to do so and instead choose to free ourselves, allowing the real driver [Mahama] to lead us to safety,” Christiana Awuni added.
