But wait, it gets even more exciting! The night was elevated to another level with incredible performances of Niniola, Efya, Young Jonn, and Stone Bwoy – who reminded us all why they are at the top of their game. The energy was out of this world, and the crowd were thrilled!
Word had spread like wildfire that Day 1 was a hit and guests trooped in on Day 2 for another round of wave of Ice Kuhl fun and good vibes. The dress code “fashionably disruptive” was brought to life by guests as they rocked statement outfits that made heads turn.
Dancegod and his team took the stage and kept the guests entertained with their high-energy performance. But that was just the beginning. Sefa, iPhone DJ, and DarkoVibes also gave unforgettable performances that had the crowd begging for more. The reigning VGMA Gospel artist of the year, Piesie Esther has revealed that she loves fashion hence she loves to look good and nice.
In an interview with Berla Mundi and Cookie Tee on TV3 NewDay Show on May 9, 2023, the ‘Waye Me Yie’ hitmaker categorically stated that she’s a fashionista.
She also emphasized how much she enjoys dressing nicely.
Piesie Esther claimed that her sense of style has been a constant throughout her career and has even been included in some of her past music videos.
According to her, while gospel musicians used to face criticism for dressing in a particular style without the typical scarf and long dress, things have changed recently.
She noted that Ghanaians have come to realize that the world is changing and as such the fashion sense of the past needs to change.
In her own words;
‘’As for me, I like dressing. I really love to dress. Because when you watch my old music videos, you will see it. But there is one thing about me, even though I love fashion, I make sure I dress decently,”

Her statement comes after Black Sherif won the VGMA 2023 Artiste of the Year over her.
The Artiste of the Year contest became lively this year following the fierce campaign launched by the Gospel musician and her team before the awards ceremony.
Whether her wish for Sherif to join her in the Gospel will come through or not, it’s only time that can tell.
