“I wanted to marry a man with a hairy chest but I didn’t get” – Gospel singer Celestine Donkor reveals

Award-winning gospel artist Celestine Donkor has disclosed that she had always preferred men with hairy chests but ended up marrying someone who was the opposite.

Celestine reveals in Beyond the Rhythm, a book she co-wrote with her husband Kofi Donkor, that she had always fantasized about having a husband with hair on his chest before being married.

Unfortunately for her, the spouse she married, who also serves as her manager, lacks that quality.

She claimed that as a result, her husband was coerced into using hair growth lotions on his chest, but it didn’t work.

She, however, noted that anytime she thinks about it, it fascinates her because there are more important attributes she has discovered in her husband than just chest hair.

I told him I wanted someone I could confidently go to places with. Someone with a hairy chest. Laughs! I wanted my ideal man. But guess what? My man has zero hair so he resorted to buying a hair growth cream and began applying it religiously to grow his chest.

I laugh when I think about it even today. All the same, more importantly, I was on fire for God and I had matured so much in Him that meeting someone like my husband who was that interested in my spiritual welfare and growth meant everything to me. That was the biggest attraction for me,” she wrote.

The book, Beyond the Rhythm, also recounts how Celestine got connected to Kofi who was then in Korea. They started dating and agreed on marriage before they even met for the first time.

Kofi Donkor is currently the manager of Celestine Donkor. They are blessed with three children.

Michy educates celebrity lookalikes on the dangers of impersonation

Ghanaian socialite and presenter Diamond Michelle Gbagonah also known as Michy Gh, educated the celebrity lookalikes who have taken over the internet with their looks and attitude to match the original artistes.

In a video, Michy told the lookalikes that it was not legally right to use another person’s name for entertainment or fraudulent activities because that dents the reputation of the original person.

Michy added that using the names of celebrities even for mere entertainment purposes is not right since the stars own their image and crafts, which are mostly copyrighted.

Lookalikes are, therefore, expected to seek the approval of their idols if they want to perform their songs or put their faces out there for entertainment.

One of the lookalikes, who refers to himself as the lookalike of popular highlife artiste Kuami Eugene immediately responded and said that they had not taken any monies from the public to perform the music of their idols, even though online reports suggest so.

Michy replied by emphasizing that it did not matter since a lot of harm could still be done while an individual was impersonating another person.

Michy captioned the clip of her interview with the lookalikes which she posted on Instagram with an explanation to her fans.

She indicated that she did not seek to gain popularity for the lookalikes or entertain them with her platform but to educate them on the dangers which their pursuit may expose them to.
