Media Personality, Natalia Nana Ama Andoh Announces Separation From Husband

Ghanaian media personality, Natalia Nana Ama Andoh and her husband, Gregory, have divorced.

The former Class FM presenter announced their separation in a post sighted by Zionfelix.net.

She did not specify when they parted ways—but according to her, they have been divorced for some time now.

Natalia reiterated how important it is for her to let the public know her marital status.

She wrote on Facebook: “I’ve always believed that separation or divorce should remain private. However, I’ve come to a point in my life where I now see the importance of addressing these issues to put any questions or associations to rest.

I am no longer in a marriage and have been divorced for some time now. I believe it’s important to put this out there to avoid further questions and confusion about my marital status!”

Though much was not known about their marital life publicly, Natalia in July 2020, took to social media to celebrate their first anniversary.

Her long post at the time read (unedited):

Dear Greg,

I had a hard time choosing an anniversary card for you. One that was realistic and reflects all that we have been through.

Most of the cards i saw were sing-songy and that takes for granted the blood sweat and tears we have endured in order to be where we are today. So I decided to write my own.

I just hugged you a few minutes ago and felt true gladness sweep over me. It’s nice to feel that way, knowing we have come a whole year as husband and wife..

The thing is, it isn’t always easy. Some days aren’t what Hallmark cards are made of. I am sure some people look at us and wonder what the heck we are doing, but I can honestly tell them that we are just two broken people, living in a broken world, with shabby broken tools in our hands, trying to make this monumental thing called marriage actually beautiful.

We have tried really hard, and we have crashed and burned even harder. It’s a good thing that God loves us the same on our best days as our very worst days. That’s where the hope is found, isn’t it? Because if we were to base our love and devotion on our own actions, we couldn’t have made it this far.

We don’t have it figured out. Not even close. We have some real hurdles that we have had to clear. When we said, “I do” a year ago against many odds, we didn’t have a clue what was ahead, or the twists and turns involved. We might tell ourselves that had we known how difficult it would get, we would have ran away.. I definitely would have..

But the truth is, I wouldn’t trade this for the world. I have learnt far more on the choppy sea than I would have in peaceful waters. Empathy, patience, hopefulness, gratitude . . . Thank you for holding my hand through it all..

Happy Anniversary my darling..

We should be proud… We are as tough as nails, and no matter what may come, I’m happy that we have each other to hold through it all..

God is good and He has got us… He will see us get around the next bend in the road. I look forward to the many next phases in our marriage..hopefully without any entanglements..

I love you Gee..

Even though you snore when you sleep..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sidra the twin sister of Tarsha Smith became a Ghanaian after a swearing-in ceremony led by President Akufo-Addo.

The historic swearing-in ceremony is a key milestone in the Beyond the Return initiative, launched in 2019 to commemorate 400 years since the first African was forcibly taken to America.

In his remarks, President Akufo-Addo highlighted the value of unity, tolerance, and collective progress. He urged the newly sworn-in citizens to leverage their skills and experiences to contribute to Ghana’s development, creating a better future for all.

“This moment marks a significant step toward reconnecting Africans on the continent with their brothers and sisters in the diaspora,” the President noted, aligning with a vision he first articulated in Washington, D.C., in 2018.

Hon. Henry Quartey, Minister for the Interior, congratulated the new citizens, reminding them of their responsibility to respect Ghana’s laws and uphold the principles of the 1992 Constitution.

My Role Is To Support The Main Minister – Mark Okraku-Mantey Responds To Criticism That He Is The Worst Deputy Minister

Deputy Minister for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Mark Okraku-Mantey, has dismissed claims labeling him as the worst Deputy Tourism Minister.

Addressing the criticism, Okraku-Mantey emphasized that his constitutional role, as outlined in the 1992 Constitution, is to assist and advise the substantive Minister, not to operate as an independent authority.

In an interview on Hitz FM on November 21, he described the accusations as unfounded and based on a misunderstanding of his role.

“I came across Abro’s video claiming I’m the worst Deputy Minister ever in this Ministry. But the roles of Ministers and their deputies are clearly defined in the 1992 Constitution. Unfortunately, some critiques are driven more by emotions than facts,” he said.

He explained that the Deputy Minister’s primary function is to support the main Minister, noting that his contributions are often behind the scenes.

“As a Deputy Minister, my role is to assist and influence my boss, not to take independent actions. In every organizational structure, there’s a chain of command. Instead of asking what the Deputy Minister has done, the real question should be what the Ministry or government has achieved,” Okraku-Mantey clarified.

He also countered comparisons with past Deputy Ministers, arguing that his accomplishments speak for themselves.

“If you claim I’m the worst, then you’re comparing me to my predecessors. But let’s look at the facts—what have previous Deputy Ministers in this role achieved? I’ve contributed to building the amphitheatre, a tangible achievement. Show me what others have done, and then we can have that conversation,” he asserted.

Okraku-Mantey maintained that his record disproves the criticism, reiterating that his efforts have left a lasting impact within the Ministry.

Popular gospel singer Piesie Esther has opened up about her deliberate approach to avoiding negativity on social media.

In a November 19 interview on 3FM Drive, Piesie revealed that she chooses to focus on her career rather than engage with online trolls, whom she believes are often paid to spread negativity.

“I’ve realized that some of the people posting negative comments are paid to do so, just to bring others down,” she shared. “Sometimes, you wonder why someone would write such things when you’re simply working hard and promoting your craft.

“For me, it’s not worth the stress. I don’t bother myself with such individuals. I just let it go and stay focused on my work,” she added.

Addressing the topic of female gospel musicians placing greater emphasis on fashion compared to earlier times, Piesie Esther expressed her support for looking presentable.

“There’s absolutely nothing wrong with gospel musicians, especially women, dressing well. It adds a certain appeal and draws people closer to you.

“However, while it’s important to look good, you shouldn’t expose your body. How you dress reflects how people perceive you,” she advised.

Piesie Esther recently released a new song, ‘Atɛɛne (Overturned)’, in October 2024. She describes the track as a testament to God’s faithfulness in her life.

Interestingly, she revealed that Atɛɛne was written even before her hit song Mo.

“I gave the song to Kaywa before releasing Way3 Mi Yie. My plan was to follow up Way3 Mi Yie with At33ne. But when God blessed me with Mo, I felt it was the perfect song to thank Him for all He had done, especially the success of Way3 Mi Yie. So, I released Mo first as an expression of gratitude, and now Atɛɛne continues that journey,” she explained.
