Nhyiraba Kojo Tours His Million Dollar Project In Cape Coast With ZionFelix (Video)

Nhyiraba Kojo is business minded.

After establishing NK City Nightclub in Accra and Takoradi, he is extending it to Cape Coast.

He toured his million-dollar project in Cape Coast with ZionFelix.

The inactive Ghanaian musician opened up on the challenges he faced before he finally acquired the land for the project.

He explained that the owner of the land was not ready to sell, but he was able to buy it through the intervention of some authorities in the area.

Nhyiraba claimed the price was costive and could be as much as land in Spintex, Accra.

After buying the land, the businessman revealed they had used three months to raise the building to its current state.

The building has apartments, a nightclub, a barbering salon, a unisex boutique, a washing bay, games centre and more.

Nhyiraba Kojo said he took the decision the build NK City Nightclub’s branch in Cape Coast following pleas from the residents and testing the market.

Ghanaian socialite, Efia Odo, has shared her view on Sarkodie’s reply to Yvonne Nelson.

After Yvonne Nelson’s revelation of having an abortion for Sarkodie, he replied with a song titled ‘Try Me’.

He mentioned that the actress was seeing other guys when they were dating.

Some people were unhappy about his choice of words.

Yvonne, in a tweet, said the renowned rapper disrespected womanhood.

When asked what she thinks about it in an interview with ZionFelix, Efia Odo did not see it that way.

To her, the Sarkcess Music boss hit back because he was hurt—and that is how life is.

Efia Odo added that life is not one way; people will hit back when hurt.

In the same vein, she stated that Yvonne was also hurt after Sarkodie’s reply.

While numerous tales circulate about young artists grappling with financial hardships to bring their music to the world, Reggie Rockstone shared a different narrative.

He disclosed that during the initial stages of his career, his father played a pivotal role in providing him with unwavering financial support to fuel his artistic passion.

Unlike many struggling artists, Reggie Rockstone never encountered any major financial obstacles throughout his career.

He attributed this smooth journey to the immense support he received from his father, who served as his rock and pillar of strength.

His father wholeheartedly embraced his son’s musical aspirations and took it upon himself to cater to Reggie’s financial needs.

With his father’s consistent support, Reggie Rockstone could fully concentrate on his music without the burden of financial constraints.

This financial stability allowed him to channel his energy and creativity into honing his craft, nurturing his talent, and ultimately becoming a Hiplife legend.

“I didn’t have those financial challenges. My father had money and I also had an executive producer,” he said.

Reggie Rockstone further revealed that his father built him a studio for his music.

“My father really has blessed me. My father really loved me and my relationship with him was amazing before his death.

He continued; “We will go to the studio, and my father will ask the price of the studio and construct our own studio,” he stated.

However, during an appearance on the United Showbiz Show over the weekend, MzBel disclosed she is not married.

The singer however clarified that she had undergone traditional marriage rites.

According to the mother of two, she chose to keep the ceremony private and not make it a public affair. “

Efia Odo has given an answer about her silence on Yvonne Nelson and Sarkodie’s issue.

During an interview with ZionFelix, the Ghana socialite turned singer revealed why she did not defend her friend, Yvonne Nelson, after the brouhaha surrounding her ‘I Am Not Yvonne Nelson’ memoir.

Efia thinks the actress did not need her or anybody to defend her.

The socialite averred she was minding her business.

Nana Frema and her partner, Fiifi married on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

Zionfelix.net captured the beautiful traditional marriage ceremony.

It was held at Taifa in Accra.

Fiifi and his groomsmen introduced themselves to the family before Frema was called.

He broke the sad news in a post sighted by Zionfelix.net.

In the video, his baby mama asked if he would be her Valentine.
