Singer Becca’s 10 years anniversary concert happening this year has clashed with Nigerian singer Davido’s 30 Billion World Tour event expected to take place in Ghana.
Both event according to checks by Zionfelix.net happen on the same day, October 21 and at the same venue, National Theater in Accra. Zionfelix.net spotted the clash of the two events after the American-born Nigerian recording artist, performer and record producer announced on instagram Tuesday that his 30 Billion concert in Ghana is slated for October 21 this year at the National Theater.
Davido’s announcement came weeks after Zylofon Media, management of Becca notified that the ‘Dakeda’ singer’s 10 years anniversary concert will occur on October 21 this year.
This new development has made fans of both artistes question the possibility of two shows happening on the same day at the same venue.
The battle for supremacy between two great dancehall artistes in Ghana, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale has been ongoing for long.
Both artistes have huge following in and outside the country judging from the shows they have organised for the past years. It mostly becomes difficult for their celebrity friends to choose their favourite among the two but that was not the case for actor James Gardiner when he appeared on “Celebrity Ride With Zionfelix” show.
The actor during the interview which was done in his 2017 Toyota Prado estimated to be Gh200,000 said without mincing words that Stonebwoy is his favourite Ghanaian musician.
When Zionfelix, host of the ‘Celebrity Ride’ show questioned him if he would still pick the ‘My Name’ hitmaker should he be paired with Shatta Movement boss, Shatta Wale, he answered yes but quickly added that “I’ll not choose him because one is better than the other but I love Stonebwoy’s songs”.
James Gardiner and Stonebwoy are signed on entertainment company, Zylofon Media.

Rapper, Yaa Pono performed to the admiration of thousands that had thronged University of Ghana for the Jubilish Hall Week Artiste Night, Saturday.
Clad in a t-shirt, a pair of jeans trousers and a cap, Yaa Pono backed by Sugar Kwame marveled the audience with his lyricism and stagecraft.
Midway through his performance, he paused and counseled the audience on what he considers as the appropriate thing to do when suffering from poor memory retention.
“I have an advice for you. If you learn and are not able to grasp, smoke,” he said.
The audience, obviously elated by Yaa Pono’s comment screamed and applauded the rapper.
It is however unclear which substance the artiste was proposing to the students.
Could it be the most talked-about marijuana which many artistes have called for its legalization? Well, Yaa Pono, on a number of occasions, has been accused of smoking the banned substance.
In a recent interview, he admitted that he smokes but was quick to add that what he smokes cannot be mentioned on radio.
He, however stated emphatically that he does not smoke cigarette all.
Anyway, watch Yaa Pono’s performance at Jubilish Hall Week below. It was lit!
The controversy surrounding Stonebwoy’s wife’s attack at the Saka Saka Park when the Ashaiman To The World concert was held on September 30 seems not ending now.
Minutes after Zionfelix.net reported about the contretemps, many Ghanaians raised questions about the unfortunate incident but no answers have been given. The BHiM nation president on Tuesday expressed disappointment in media houses and individuals who believe Louisa’s case is for publicity stunt. According to him in a Facebook publication, no individual in his right senses will joke with such a case after organizing a successful concert.
Stonebwoy further said he has in his possession police report of the mishap, a portion of his Facebook post which has surprised many especially when the police say they have not received a complaint from the artiste nor his management.
“HERO! HERO!! HERO!!!
Different media houses will write what they wish to suit them, so to get the most catchy headline.. “like The knife incident was Made Up For Hype etc..”
What A shame!! …Who does That After Breaking Yet another Record of the biggest single Outdoor Event on the continent. Four Years in a row amidst The Rains Of blessings.
With every artiste/Movement/Nation that matters in the country showing Great Love And Support..
Mind You, Medical And Police Reports Which We Have Still Remains Protocol.
God Forbid, But If a life was Lost None Of These procedures nor talks will bring it Back.
Thank God it didn’t Get Worse.
We Are Fine. BhimNation4Life AshaimanToTheWorld FROMZERO2HERO EOMalbumDropsSoon!!” Stonebwoy wrote on Facebook Tuesday afternoon.
The Public Relations Officer for Tema Divisional Police, ACP Joseph Benefo Darkwah speaking on Radio Univers’ Brunch2Lunch entertainment show stated that they have not had any official complaint from the artiste or his management concerning the attack. He told Abrantepa, host of the mid-morning show on Monday, that his outfit is waiting to hear from the musician and management to take further action.
Head of Communication at Zylofon Media, Samuel Atuobi Baah in an interview on Hitz FM also confirmed ACP Joseph Benefo Darkwah’s comment on Radio Univers that no official statement has been made to the police after the accident. Sammy Flex as he is popularly called added that there is no need reporting the matter to the police because those who cut Stonebwoy’s tent at the Ashaiman To The World concert only did so because they wanted to see their “star”.
It comes as a surprise to many when police and a member of the musician’s team have said no report has been made but the artiste is telling the world that he has police report to prove that his wife was indeed cut at the back. The question many are asking on social media including we at Zionfelix.net is who is throwing dust to into the eyes of Ghanaians, Police and Sammy Flex of Zylofon Media or Stonebwoy? Or could it be that the complaint was made after the two Public Relation Officers made their comments?
