Agradaa slams her husband for making her leave her lucrative fetish priestess job

0

Evangelist Patricia known as Nana Agradaa has disclosed that she had zero intentions to convert to Christianity.

According to her, her husband convinced her that he would lead the church but ended up leaving her to her fate.

In the wake of her latest fight with her husband, she has revealed what informed her Christian decision.

Agradaa said her husband, Pastor Oduro Koranteng, was supposed to be ‘behind the pulpit’ and not her.

Explaining further, Agradaa said after switching religions, her husband ended up leaving her to her fate.

“I was a fetish priestess, doing my business in Sowutuom peacefully. I was scared of no one! One day, you came with your pastor, Joseph Kyereh, and asked me to switch to Christianity. The pastor said my husband is a pastor so it won’t be nice for me to remain in that profession. He said I should become a pastor’s wife.

“My husband and these pastors forced me to quit my thriving fetish priest profession. Owusu Bempah was also part of this agenda. So, I built a church, switched religions, and even got baptized. I did all these because I thought you would lead the church and I would follow. But no! You left me in the mud. You were not ready. So, I woke up and took up the pastoral role and you totally gave up on me,” Agradaa retorted.

She added that was the beginning of her frustrations and the root cause of her several rants on social media.

“Out of pain and tears, I came out to speak for the first time and it has been that way since. This has been my headache because I had to figure everything out,” she said.

In 2021, Nana Agradaa bade farewell to the traditional religion by setting her deities on fire and undergoing baptism among others.

“No s3x before marriage concept should be changed” – Singer Akosua Agyapong states

Legendary Ghanaian highlife musician and television personality, Akosua Agyepong has opined that the ”no sex before marriage”  belief must be reviewed and changed.

According to her, the traditional belief that to-be-couples have to abstain from sexually related activities until they tie the knot must be reconsidered and changed as it is causing a lot of problems in society.

Speaking as a guest on GhOne’s Duvet show, the ‘Kokooko’ hitmaker detailed that this age-old moral principle is causing significant problems for partners who are mostly left unsatisfied in their marriage because they did not know their partners sexually before marriage.

”They have to change that ‘no sex before marriage’. Dem for change am now. E dey cause problems a lot. Your man might be impotent, you might know. Maybe your woman too might me something else. It’s a problem o,” she said in pidgin.

The veteran crooner’s perspective challenges the traditional notion about pre-marital sex which has been echoed in religious doctrines. While some have agreed with her, others are convinced upholding traditional values that advocate abstinence is the way to go.

NPP can only win 2024 elections if they make John Mahama their presidential candidate – Bullgod

0

Artiste manager and entertainment critic, Bullgod, has expressed his opinion that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) will not win the 2024 presidential election.

During an appearance on UTV’s United Showbiz on Saturday, September 9, 2023, Bullgod argued that the only way the NPP can secure victory is if they choose the former President of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, as their presidential candidate.

Bullgod emphasized his viewpoint, stating, They shouldn’t come and disturb us, if they like they should bring Jesus. There is only one way that the NPP would try and win elections in this country if NPP can win in 2024 unless Mahama is their presidential candidate.”

He went on to assert that the leading candidates in the NPP’s presidential race, including Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Assin Central Member of Parliament Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, as well as other candidates, lack the ideas necessary to effectively govern the country.

It’s essential to note that political opinions vary widely, and election outcomes are determined by voters’ choices.

The 2024 presidential election in Ghana will ultimately be decided by the electorate, and the candidates put forward by each political party will play a significant role in shaping the contest.
