Popular Ghanaian television presenter Anita Akuffo has officially announced her upcoming marriage, sending social media into excitement after sharing beautiful pre-wedding photos with her fiancé.

The celebrated TV3 personality made the announcement on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, with fans, colleagues, and admirers flooding social media with congratulatory messages.

Following the announcement, many social media users became curious about the identity of the man Anita Akuffo is preparing to marry.

The groom-to-be has been identified as Opoku Sanaa, a respected figure within music and creative industry circles.

Known for his work as an instrumentalist and bass player, Opoku Sanaa has reportedly won several awards for his contributions to music.

Although his exact age is not publicly known, reports suggest he is believed to be around 40 years old and older than Anita Akuffo, who is expected to turn 33 on June 2.

Opoku Sanaa is an alumnus of Accra Academy, where he completed his secondary education in 2003.

He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Professional Studies Accra in 2011.

In 2020, he reportedly obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Leicester.

He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Beyond academics, Opoku Sanaa is known for combining business and music in his professional career.

Currently based in Dubai, he works as a Sales & Market Support Executive for Daimler Truck Middle East Africa.

He is also the Founder and Creative Director of Inceptus, a UAE-based creative studio focused on live music experiences and audience engagement.

Additionally, he serves as a trustee of the SCLAN Foundation, which supports creative development and community arts initiatives.

Opoku Sanaa is also an author and has written a book titled Passion, Persistence & Progress.

KiDi has thrown his support behind former Lynx Entertainment teammate Kuami Eugene, dismissing claims that the singer’s career has lost momentum since leaving the label.

In a recent interview with ZionFelix, the former Lynx Entertainment artiste addressed growing speculation that Kuami Eugene’s influence in the music scene has declined after his exit from Lynx.

According to KiDi, the conversation has less to do with Kuami Eugene’s ability and more to do with how the music industry itself has evolved over the years. He maintained that the Rockstar remains one of Ghana’s most gifted musicians and argued that his talent has not faded despite the criticism surrounding him.

KiDi stressed that in his view, Kuami Eugene still ranks among the most talented artistes Ghana has produced in the past decade. He added that no misunderstanding, rivalry or public perception could erase the impact and musical ability the singer possesses.

The award-winning artiste also indicated that the environment that helped shape both their careers has changed significantly.
